Accounting and Tax,
Built Around How You Operate
Reliable financial records start with consistent bookkeeping. We manage your day-to-day accounting, from transaction recording to reconciliations, so your financial statements are accurate and ready whenever a bank, investor or auditor asks for them.
Corporate Tax treatment can differ meaningfully depending on whether your entity is set up on the Mainland or in a Free Zone. If you have not yet finalised your structure, it is worth reviewing this alongside your tax planning.
Structuring Ahead of Tax Planning
Free Zone or Mainland
Free Zone entities may qualify for preferential Corporate Tax treatment; Mainland entities follow a different path. If your structure is still open, our formation team can walk it through with you.
What We Handle
Accounting & Tax Services
From routine bookkeeping to specialist tax advisory, each service below is handled by people who work in UAE tax compliance every day.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
We manage your day-to-day accounting, from transaction recording to reconciliations, so your financial statements are accurate and ready whenever a bank, investor or auditor asks for them.
VAT Registration & Return Filing
Whether you are registering for VAT for the first time or need to deregister, we handle the process end to end, including periodic VAT return preparation and filing, so your reporting stays accurate and on schedule with FTA requirements.
Corporate Tax
Corporate Tax compliance starts with knowing whether it applies to you. We assess your obligations, handle registration, and prepare and file your returns, taking your taxable income, exemptions and reliefs into account throughout.
Small Business Relief
If your business qualifies as a UAE resident entity below the relevant revenue threshold, Small Business Relief could simplify your Corporate Tax position considerably. We assess eligibility and apply the correct treatment once a decision is made.
Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP)
Free Zone businesses can access preferential Corporate Tax treatment on qualifying income, but only if QFZP conditions are met and maintained. We review your activities, income classification and substance to confirm and protect your status.
Tax Advisory
Business decisions carry tax consequences that are not always obvious upfront. Our advisory work looks at the tax implications of your structure, transactions and investments, and identifies planning opportunities that are commercially sound and fully compliant.
Cross-Border Tax Advisory
Operating across borders brings a second layer of tax complexity. We advise on overseas income, international investments, related-party transactions and double taxation considerations, so your structure holds up under UAE and international tax principles.
Transfer Pricing
Transactions between related or connected parties fall under UAE Transfer Pricing rules, with specific documentation requirements. We help you understand where your business sits within these requirements and prepare the supporting documentation.
FTA Deregistration
Closing out your FTA registration correctly matters as much as opening it did. We assess your deregistration requirements, prepare the documentation, and manage the submission, making sure outstanding obligations and final returns are properly settled first.
Liquidation Report
Winding down a business brings its own tax obligations. We prepare the liquidation report and tax clearance documentation your closure requires, reviewing your tax position throughout so the process meets FTA requirements without last-minute gaps.
Know Your Supplier (KYS)
Onboarding a new supplier without due diligence is a risk many businesses only notice after the fact. KYS reviews the corporate, ownership and compliance information you need before entering a supplier relationship, so onboarding is informed, not assumed. Read our UAE VAT Know Your Supplier guide.

From registration through to deregistration and liquidation, we support businesses at every stage, so you are not searching for a new advisor when circumstances change.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Most UAE businesses, including Mainland and Free Zone entities, are required to register for Corporate Tax with the Federal Tax Authority regardless of whether they end up owing tax. Whether tax is actually payable depends on your taxable income, applicable reliefs and exemptions, and your Free Zone status if relevant.
VAT registration is mandatory once taxable supplies and imports exceed the mandatory registration threshold over a 12 month period, and voluntary registration is available above a lower threshold. Freelancers and sole establishments are assessed the same way as any other business against these thresholds.
Small Business Relief allows eligible UAE resident businesses below a specified revenue threshold to be treated as not having derived any taxable income for Corporate Tax purposes, provided the relief is formally elected and specific conditions are met.
A Qualifying Free Zone Person is a Free Zone entity that meets specific conditions around qualifying income, qualifying activities, substance and compliance, allowing it to benefit from a preferential Corporate Tax rate on qualifying income rather than the standard rate.
Late registration, late filing and late payment each carry separate administrative penalties under FTA rules. The specific amounts depend on the type of default and how it is treated at the time, so it is worth confirming current penalty schedules directly with our team or the FTA.
Deregistration is generally required when a business ceases to make taxable supplies, falls below the relevant threshold, or closes down entirely. Outstanding returns and tax liabilities typically need to be settled before deregistration is finalised.
